DANVILLE, KY – Actor, comedian, writer, producer and film director Marlon Wayans brings his hilarious stand-up Wild Child Tour to Centre College’s Norton Center for the Arts on February 15, 2026. Known for his roles in hit films like White Chicks, Scary Movie and A Haunted House, Wayans brings his unfiltered takes on life, family and relationships to the stage with sharp social commentary and laugh-out-loud comedy. “You can expect to laugh. I am funny. There is no doubt,” says Wayans. “I have been doing comedy now my whole life. I am 52 years old. I’ve been funny since I was born, and I am only getting funnier. If you want tried and tested comedy, pull up. You will get more than your share of laughs.” Don’t miss out! Tickets can be purchased at nortoncenter.com, by calling 1-877-HIT-SHOW or by visiting the Norton Center Box Office, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. “Marlon Wayans is a powerhouse entertainer who is as much a storyteller as he is a comedian,” said Norton Center Executive Director Steve Hoffman. “We are thrilled to bring his tour to the Norton Center and give our audience a great night of laughter and fun.” Wayans’ latest special, Good Grief, debuted at #1 on Amazon Prime Video, joining a lineup of number one hits like Woke-ish, God Loves Me, and You Know What It Is. In September 2025, Wayans starred in the psychological horror thriller Him from Universal Pictures and Jordan Peele’s Monkeypaw banner. Wayans is also in production with brothers Keenen and Shawn on Scary Movie 6, set for release in June 2026. This performance includes frequent profanity and is intended for ages 18 and over. |
