Ella Langley shared on social media on Monday that she will be postponing the rest of her August tour dates to focus on her health, while assuring fans she’ll be back on the road in September.

Without providing specifics, Langley noted that her rigorous touring schedule has taken a toll on her health — mental, physical and emotional — leaving her “feeling more run down than ever.”

Ella wrote: “I’m so sad to be posting this. The past several weeks have been tough. I’ve been fighting sickness and feeling more run down than ever. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the hard decision to take a couple of weeks to rest and focus on my health — mind, body and heart. I want to be fully present for all the moments a head and I know I can’t do that without first taking care of myself.” She concluded her post with the verse Matthew 11:28, which reads, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Langley’s post shared which shows she will miss — August 15 & 16 (Cleveland, OH); August 19 (Nashville, TN (Listening Room); August 21 (Bonner-West Riverside, MT); August 22 (Idaho Falls, ID); August 23 (Napa, ID) and August 25 (Morrison, CO), including appearances opening on Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem Tour, and Riley Green’s Damn Country Music tour. Wallen and Green both have multiple openers on their respective tours; as of press time, a replacement for Langley has not yet been revealed.
